I’m a senior level Program Manager based in San Francisco, CA. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in leading diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver world-class products. Most recently I was a Principal Engineering Program Manager at Adobe, where I successfully led and supported a large cross-functional team in delivering Adobe Fresco, an award-winning drawing and painting app, from concept to launch. My expertise lies in zero-to-one product launches, complex stakeholder management, cross-functional alignment, process improvement, and Agile best practices. Past project areas include Mobile App Development, Design Ops, Web Content Platform, APIs/Extensibility, and an Enterprise Customer Success Platform.

Principle Program Manager, Adobe Fresco
Worked alongside Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to drive the entire project lifecycle of Adobe Fresco from idea to 1.0 release and beyond. Supported the maintenance of Photoshop Sketch and Illustrator Draw and other illustration workflows within the Creative Cloud ecosystem. Co-Authored the playbook on best practices for the mobile app product lifecycle at Adobe.

Supported and led the team building the Creative Cloud Developer platform (APIs/SDKs, and integrations on third-party surfaces) in addition to initiation and planning of Adobe Express Embed SDK, an easy-to-integrate, customizable, all-in-one JavaScript library that brings Adobe Express capabilities to all applications.
